| How
does the exclusivity agreement work? |
Exclusivity
is granted to the qualified distributor based on
a signed contract. The agreement includes
yearly minimum purchases and an initial
purchase/shipment of 4,000 units. Based on
the agreement, the distributor is the only firm
that we sell to in their territory/country and
in exchange, they are 100% rewarded for their
marketing efforts as the only ShurLok
distributor in their market. We have thus
far found this to be a very successful
relationship for both us and the distributor.
